In simultaneously exciting and disturbing news, Anita got laid off from the vet clinic this week.
On the down side, she only has two months to find a new job and the market for veterinarians is in very rough shape right now. On the plus side, she was sick of working there anyway, and now she can get a good recommendation letter.
We'll need to be frugal for a little while, until she finds a new job, but it should work out fine. At least she won't have that commute to Watertown for too much longer.

Good luck to Anita finding a new job! My sister went through a similar situation-- Veterinary market is rough in Oregon too-- but she found a place that she's really happy with now.
