In celebration of today's success at science, it's time once again for Pictures of Dinner! Today, we're featuring food from the Dinosaur Barbeque cookbook, using the sauce mentioned a few posts ago. For the main course, we have the chicken and andouille sausage (with peppers and onions and lots of tasty sauce), with a side of honey-glazed cornbread. The Smoking Loon Merlot seemed like the appropriate wine for the occasion, and they had it on sale at the corner liquor store, so you can't go wrong.
For dessert, we had this lovely chocolate icebox pie. Mmmm.
A thoroughly successful day. Life is rich and sweet.
